LEADERSHIP

NAPC Leaders

  • David Milroy, Pastor

David has been the pastor of NAPC since June 2004. His passion is to exalt the glory, mercy and beauty of "our great God and Savior Jesus Christ" through teaching the Scriptures and trying to live as faithfully and joyfully as possible. He met his wife Lia in high school, and married her five years later in in 1997. David enjoys road biking, lots of reading, and rooting on the Buckeyes.

  • Ken Rathburn, Associate Pastor of Discipleship

Ken has been attending NAPC since June 2007. He has served as a lay teacher and elder while practicing law, but is thrilled to join NAPC’s pastoral staff and care for its discipleship ministries. His great desire is teaching others to know and love Jesus so that they will faithfully teach others the same. Ken and his wife, Lisa, were married in 2001 and have three fun children. Ken enjoys time with family and friends, writing and playing golf.

  • Mark Hutsko, Worship and Connections Pastor

Mark has served in education his entire career, leading high school choirs and holding administrative leadership roles. Additionally, he has over 25 years of leadership in a handful of different churches. His experience, energy, administrative gifts and especially his passion for Christ are a tremendous blessing to our church.

  • Brady Robinson, Youth & Young Adult Pastor

Brady is new to the NAPC family but has loved every second of being here. He has been in ministry for several years while also running a restaurant but he is stoked to be on the pastoral staff here. His goal is to show people what being an everyday disciple of Jesus Christ looks like. In his spare time, he is a huge sports fan rooting on the Buckeyes, all things Cleveland, and Chelsea. He also loves biking, hiking, and is a big movie fan.

  • Karla Muzi, Executive Director

Karla and her husband, Mike, have been married since 2004 and have two children- Audrey and Madilynn. They moved to New Albany in 2012 after living in Pataskala, Ohio. Both Karla and Mike are from Northeast Ohio. Karla joined the staff in 2016. Karla enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and being active in the church.

  • Anne Liptak, Children’s Ministry Director

Anne has served as Children’s Ministry Director at New Albany Presbyterian since August 2002. Anne is passionate about providing for the spiritual and Biblical nourishment of NAPC’s children. Anne and her husband John have one son, William John.

  • Mandy Feisel, Administrative Assistant

Mandy and her husband Christian have been married since 2001 and have three daughters, Gabriella, Olivia and Ava. They moved to New Albany from the Atlanta area 2.5 years ago and have been attending NAPC for two years. She enjoys spending time with her family, leading her youngest daughter's Girl Scout troop, traveling, and being active in the church.

  • Michael Swift, Acoustic Worship Leader

Michael and his wife Christina have two kids, Andrew and Sean. He has been the Acoustic Service Worship Leader since January of 2015. Outside the church he works full time as a Project Manager and Telecommunications Engineer. He is a proud 7-year Veteran of the U.S. Army and feels most at home when praising God through worship!

  • Mary Jane Carpenter, Organist

Mary Jane Carpenter and her husband, Jim along with their two daughters, Caroline and Abigail have lived in New Albany eighteen years, and have been attending NAPC for three years. God gave her a love for music as a child and she especially loves hymns because they majestically focus our minds on who God is and speak to our hearts of His power, love and strength in a way that nothing else can. She and her family are so thankful to be at NAPC! "All I have needed Thy strength hath provided, great is Thy faithfulness”

Meet our Elders

NAPC is an Elder-led church. This means that a group of men and women are called by God and elected by the congregation to the office of Elder and are responsible for the direction and oversight of our church. Elders serve 3-year terms. Together with the Pastor, our Elders exercise spiritual leadership, governance and discipline and have responsibilities for a particular church ministry, as well as the church at large.

Their work includes reaching out to newcomers and those who are in need within and outside our congregation. Our deacons pray for our people and serve behind the scenes, seeking to embody Jesus’ words: “for even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve.”
