What to Expect

  • Jesus is Our Focus. At NAPC, our worship centers on the Word of God, which points us to the Living Word, Jesus. Every Sunday, we read, pray and sing together, preparing for teaching from the Scriptures that helps us apply God's Word to our daily lives. We rejoice in the Good News of Jesus' life, death and resurrection, which becomes the lens through which we see the whole world. Whether you’re new in town or just looking around, we’re glad you found us!  Here’s what to expect the first time you come to New Albany Presbyterian Church.

  • Sermon Types and Times

Each Sunday, we offer two worship services with the same sermon delivered at both. Musical style is the only difference between the worship services.

Our Traditional Worship service at 9:00am features our Sanctuary Choir, with congregational hymn singing.

Our Acoustic Worship service at 11:15am features guitar-led singing of contemporary worship songs.

  • Attire

Concerned about what to wear? No problem! You’ll find that people dress casually at both services.

  • Parking

We have plenty of parking on the New Albany School grounds.

Our Worship Center is located in the NAMS Cafeteria, and our JAM! and 222 Youth ministries will be in the adjacent Classroom Center. Parking is offered around both of these areas.

  • For Children

We make it easy for you and your child to enjoy worship each Sunday. Simply check-in your child (age newborn through 6th grade) at our check-in stations near the Welcome Center. Children aged newborn through 2 years will remain in the Nursery/Toddler area for the duration of the worship service. Children 3 years through 6th grade join their parents in worship until released to their teachers. All children must be picked up from their parent/guardian following worship in the adjacent Classroom Center. Click here for our check-in guide.
