Meet our Elders

NAPC is an Elder-led church. This means that a group of men and women are called by God and elected by the congregation to the office of Elder and are responsible for the direction and oversight of our church. Elders serve 3-year terms. Together with the Pastor, our Elders exercise spiritual leadership, governance and discipline and have responsibilities for a particular church ministry, as well as the church at large. Meet our Deacons

Deacons are also chosen by the congregation and serve 3-year terms. Their work includes reaching out to newcomers and those who are in need within and outside our congregation. Our deacons pray for our people and serve behind the scenes, seeking to embody Jesus’ words: “for even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve.”
