Faith Formation: First Communion

Our children’s ministry includes not only the weekly JAM (Jesus and Me) classes held during our worship services, but also several Faith Formation classes which we offer to students at various times throughout the year outside of the regular worship times. These classes are meant to help our children grow in their faith and to help their parents learn more about discipling their children as they grow. 

On Saturday, 9/28, from 2-4pm, we will be holding our next Faith Formation: First Communion class. This class is for fifth and sixth grade students and their parents. During this class, students will learn about the sacrament of communion, including the biblical background and the procedure at NAPC, and their parents will learn more about discipling their child to take communion in a way that helps them remember, repent, and rejoice.
