NAPC Men's groups are happening now!

The Ten Commandments have been around for thousands of years, so are they still relevant to our lives today? What do they mean in light of God’s mercy revealed in Jesus? Christians are to understand, obey and delight in God’s perfect law, so how do we do that? Join us as we take up these questions and more in this book and study by Kevin DeYoung. It will help us understand this ancient legal code — what they are, why we should know them, and how to apply them.

Books are available at the church office or through your leader.

NAPC Women's groups are happening now!

If Christianity is about a relationship with Jesus, does following the rules still matter? How does God’s perfect law apply to my life today? In Ten Words to Live By, Bible teacher Jen Wilkin helps us see how God’s rules for living are not stifling, but truly life-giving. Join us to learn that the law of God is a feast for your famished soul by which love God and love others as we live in joyful freedom.

Youth Group for 5th & 6th Grade Students!

Next event: October 10th from 5-6:30pm at Franklin Church.

Our fifth and sixth graders will spend the year studying different aspects of faith and salvation in their JAM class. We will explore many of the same themes in a slightly different way. We take a relational approach and listen to our students and figure out what they are struggling with or concerned about and study scripture that addresses their concerns. Our goal is to show our young people that no matter what they face our Father has given them a spirit of power, love and self-control. We will spend time in prayer because we want our students to be comfortable with prayer and confident enough to pray in front of others.

  • Faith Formation: Profession of Faith Class on October 23.

Faith Formation: Profession of Faith Class on October 23.

God calls all Christian parents to disciple their children, guiding them to become mature followers of Jesus Christ. Using the Faith Formation framework at New Albany Presbyterian Church, we partner with parents in the discipleship of their children by marking important milestones in their faith development.

Parents disciple their children so that (by God’s grace) children will one day make their own profession of faith in Christ. At this class, parents will be equipped with resources to disciple their student and lead them to make a profession of faith.
