Operations Director

The Operations Director at NAPC will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of church operations. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of church activities, maintaining the facilities, and supporting the church’s mission by providing excellent operational leadership.

The Operations Director will work closely with the Operations Committee, Lead Pastor, Associate Pastor, staff, and volunteers to create a welcoming and efficient environment for the congregation and community.
